Cookie Notice
Effective Date: April 21, 2026 Last Updated: April 21, 2026
1. Introduction
This Cookie Notice explains how Frida & Simon Group, LLC (“Frimon,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) uses cookies and similar tracking technologies on https://frimon.us/ (the “Site”). It supplements, and should be read together with, our Privacy Policy and our Your Privacy Choices page.
What are cookies? Cookies are small text files that a website places on your device (computer, tablet, or mobile phone) when you visit it. They allow the site to recognize your device, remember your preferences, keep you signed in, measure how visitors use the site, and deliver relevant advertising. Other technologies — such as pixels, web beacons, local storage, and software development kits (SDKs) — work in similar ways. In this Notice, we use the word “cookies” as a shorthand for all of these technologies.
Why we use cookies. Frimon uses cookies to operate the Site (for example, to keep your shopping cart and language preference), to analyze how visitors interact with our content, to process payments securely, and to deliver and measure personalized advertising on third-party platforms such as Meta (Facebook and Instagram).
You are in control. You can accept all cookies, deny non-essential cookies, customize your choices by category, or change your decision at any time using the Manage Consent link in our footer. We also honor the Global Privacy Control browser signal as a valid opt-out, as described in Section 6.
2. Categories of Cookies We Use
We organize the cookies and similar technologies we use into four (4) categories, aligned with the categorization of our consent management platform (Complianz). Each category has a distinct purpose, and you can accept or decline each one independently (with the exception of strictly necessary cookies, which are required for the Site to work).
2.1 Functional / Strictly Necessary
These cookies are essential for the Site to function. They cannot be switched off in our consent panel because, without them, basic features such as logging in, checking out, or remembering your language would not work. They do not track you across other websites and are not used for advertising.
| Cookie | Domain | Purpose | Typical retention |
|---|---|---|---|
wordpress_logged_in_* | https://frimon.us/ | Keeps you signed in to your account during a session. | Session |
wordpress_sec_* | https://frimon.us/ | Authentication security token. | Session |
wp-settings-* | https://frimon.us/ | Stores your back-office UI preferences (only relevant for staff users). | 1 year |
wp-wpml_current_language / pll_language | https://frimon.us/ | Remembers the language you selected (Polylang Pro). | 1 year |
woocommerce_cart_hash | https://frimon.us/ | Identifies your active shopping cart. | Session |
woocommerce_items_in_cart | https://frimon.us/ | Tracks the number of items in your cart. | Session |
wp_woocommerce_session_* | https://frimon.us/ | Holds the data of your WooCommerce session (cart, checkout). | 48 hours |
cmplz_* (e.g., cmplz_consented_services, cmplz_policy_id, cmplz_marketing, cmplz_statistics) | https://frimon.us/ | Stores your cookie consent choices so we do not ask again on every page (Complianz). | 365 days |
__stripe_mid, __stripe_sid | js.stripe.com | Stripe fraud-prevention and session security cookies, required to process card payments. | 1 year / 30 minutes |
Lawful basis to set without consent: these cookies fall within the recognized “strictly necessary” exemption under U.S. state privacy laws (including CCPA), because they are required to provide a service that you have specifically requested.
2.2 Preferences
These cookies remember your non-essential UI choices so that you do not have to set them again. They are not used for analytics or advertising.
| Cookie | Domain | Purpose | Typical retention |
|---|---|---|---|
pll_language (when used beyond strict navigation) | https://frimon.us/ | Remembers your last selected language across visits. | 1 year |
ast_checkout_* (Astra theme local storage) | https://frimon.us/ | Remembers checkout form state (e.g., partial form data, address) to improve a returning user’s experience. | Up to 30 days |
cmplz_user_preferences | https://frimon.us/ | Remembers granular consent toggles inside the Manage Consent panel. | 365 days |
You may decline these cookies; the Site will still work, but some preferences will need to be set again on each visit.
2.3 Statistics / Analytics
These cookies help us understand how visitors use the Site in aggregate (for example, which pages are most visited, how long visitors stay, where they come from). The data is used to improve content, navigation, and performance.
| Cookie / technology | Provider | Purpose | Typical retention |
|---|---|---|---|
_ga, _ga_*, _gid | Google LLC (Google Analytics 4) — may be enabled | Distinguishes unique users and measures session activity. | Up to 13 months (_ga); 24 hours (_gid) |
| Server-side log analysis | Frimon / Hostinger | Aggregated, IP-truncated traffic statistics from the hosting layer (no client-side cookie). | Up to 13 months |
If Google Analytics is not active at the time of your visit, no _ga* cookies will be set. We may add or remove analytics providers from time to time; in that case, we will update this table.
Your choice: if you decline this category in the consent panel (or enable Global Privacy Control), we will not load Google Analytics or any equivalent third-party analytics on your visit.
2.4 Marketing
These cookies and pixels are used to deliver personalized advertising on third-party platforms (such as Facebook and Instagram), to measure the effectiveness of our ad campaigns, and to build audiences of users with similar interests. Some of this activity may qualify as “sharing” of Personal Information for cross-context behavioral advertising under the CCPA and analogous U.S. state privacy laws, even when no money changes hands. See our Your Privacy Choices page for details on how to opt out.
| Cookie / technology | Provider | Purpose | Typical retention |
|---|---|---|---|
_fbp | Meta Platforms, Inc. (Facebook / Instagram — Meta Pixel) | Identifies your browser to enable conversion tracking and ad delivery on Meta platforms. | 90 days |
fr (set on facebook.com when you visit Meta-served content) | Meta Platforms, Inc. | Cross-site advertising and analytics by Meta. | 90 days |
pys_*, pysTrafficSource, pys_landing_page, pys_session_limit, pys_first_visit, last_pysTrafficSource | PixelYourSite (WordPress plugin running on https://frimon.us/) | Coordinates first-party event firing for Meta Pixel and other ad platforms; tracks landing page, traffic source, and session windows for advertising attribution. | Up to 90 days |
| Conversion API events | Meta Platforms, Inc. (server-side) | Server-to-server transmission of pseudonymous conversion events to Meta to improve attribution; subject to your consent and opt-out choices. | Aggregated; not stored on your device |
Your choice: if you decline this category in the consent panel, do not enable the Marketing toggle, or enable Global Privacy Control in your browser, we will not load the Meta Pixel or PixelYourSite ad tags on your visit, and we will not transmit advertising events about you to Meta or any other ad platform.
3. Third-Party Services Used on the Site
The following third parties may set cookies, receive cookie data, or otherwise process Personal Information on our behalf. We list them so you know who is involved and where to learn more.

| PixelYourSite (WordPress plugin) | First-party ad-tag orchestration and event attribution for Meta Pixel and other ad platforms. | Marketing / Statistics integration | PixelYourSite Privacy Policy |
| Stripe, Inc. | Payment processing and fraud prevention. Stripe sets security cookies on its own domains when you reach the payment step. | Functional / Strictly Necessary | Stripe Privacy Center · Stripe Cookies Policy |
| PayPal Holdings, Inc. | Alternative payment processor. PayPal sets cookies on its own domains when you choose PayPal at checkout. | Functional / Strictly Necessary (payment) | PayPal Privacy Statement · PayPal Cookies |
| Hostinger International Ltd. | Hosting infrastructure for the Site; may set technical and security cookies at the server/CDN layer. | Functional / Strictly Necessary | Hostinger Privacy Policy · Hostinger Cookies Policy |

| Polylang / WPML (language plugins) | Manages multilingual content and remembers your selected language. | Functional / Preferences | Polylang Privacy |
| Google LLC (Google Analytics) | Web analytics — may be enabled. We will only set Google Analytics cookies if you accept the Statistics / Analytics category. | Statistics / Analytics | Google Privacy Policy |
We may add, remove, or replace providers from time to time. When that happens, we will update this Notice and revise the “Last Updated” date above.
4. Cookie Consent Management
4.1 Consent banner at first visit
When you visit the Site for the first time (or after clearing your cookies), our consent banner appears at the bottom of the page. It allows you to:
- Accept all cookies (Functional + Preferences + Statistics + Marketing).
- Deny non-essential cookies (only Strictly Necessary cookies will be set).
- Customize your choices by category through the “Manage Consent” or “Cookie Settings” panel.
Until you make a choice, we do not load Statistics or Marketing cookies that depend on consent. Strictly Necessary cookies are set so the Site can function.
4.2 Changing your choices later
You can revisit and change your choices at any time using the “Manage Consent” link in the footer of any page. Your updated choices take effect immediately for the current session and on future visits.
4.3 Records of consent
We retain a record of your consent choices (timestamp, choices made, version of the consent banner) for audit and demonstrability purposes, in line with industry best practice. These records are kept for up to twenty-four (24) months from the date you last interacted with the consent banner.
5. Global Privacy Control (GPC)
Frimon honors the Global Privacy Control (“GPC”) browser signal as a valid opt-out from the sale or sharing of your Personal Information for cross-context behavioral advertising, in compliance with the CCPA and analogous state privacy laws (including those of Colorado, Connecticut, Texas, Delaware, and other states that recognize universal opt-out mechanisms).
If your browser sends a GPC signal when you visit the Site, we automatically:
- Treat your visit as an opt-out from sharing for advertising.
- Do not load the Meta Pixel, PixelYourSite ad tags, or any equivalent Marketing technology.
- Do not transmit advertising events about you to Meta or other ad platforms.
You do not need to take any further action. To learn how to enable GPC in your browser or via a browser extension, visit globalprivacycontrol.org.
6. Your Choices and How to Opt Out
In addition to the consent panel and GPC, you have the following options:
6.1 California residents and “Your Privacy Choices”
If you are a California resident — or a resident of any U.S. state that recognizes a right to opt out of the sale or sharing of Personal Information — you can exercise your rights via our dedicated page: Your Privacy Choices.
That page also explains how to submit a written privacy request (Right to Know, Right to Delete, Right to Correct, Right to Data Portability) and how to designate an authorized agent.
6.2 Multi-state opt-out via GPC
For residents of Colorado, Connecticut, Texas, Delaware, and other states that recognize universal opt-out mechanisms, enabling GPC in your browser is sufficient to opt out of cross-context behavioral advertising on our Site (see Section 5).
6.3 Browser-level controls
You can also manage cookies directly in your browser. Most browsers allow you to:
- View the cookies stored on your device and delete them individually or in bulk.
- Block all cookies, or block third-party cookies only.
- Set a notification each time a cookie is offered.
- Use private/incognito mode to avoid persistent cookies for a session.
Helpful links:
Please note: blocking strictly necessary cookies in your browser may prevent parts of the Site from working (for example, you may not be able to complete checkout or stay signed in).
6.4 Opting out of third-party advertising directly
You can also opt out of interest-based advertising at the platform level:
- Meta (Facebook / Instagram): Ad preferences
- Digital Advertising Alliance (DAA): optout.aboutads.info
- Network Advertising Initiative (NAI): optout.networkadvertising.org
7. Children’s Privacy
Frimon’s services are not directed to children under thirteen (13) years of age. We do not knowingly use cookies or similar technologies to collect Personal Information from children under 13, and we do not knowingly engage in cross-context behavioral advertising directed at children.
If you believe a child has interacted with our Site in a way that resulted in the collection of Personal Information without the verifiable consent of a parent or guardian, please contact us at info@frimon.us and we will promptly delete that information.
8. Updates to This Cookie Notice
We may update this Cookie Notice from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, the technologies we use, or applicable law. When we do, we will revise the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page. If changes are material, we will provide additional notice (for example, by re-displaying the consent banner or by an in-Site banner) before the changes take effect.
We encourage you to review this Notice periodically.
