Refunds & Cancellations

Can I request a refund?
As a general rule, no. Frimon packs are personalized digital services produced specifically for each customer, and performance begins automatically the moment your payment is confirmed. Mandatory statutory exceptions still apply (demonstrable error on our part, failure to deliver, or any non-waivable rights under the law of your U.S. state of residence). Performance is deemed to begin at the timestamp when our payment processor confirms your payment successfully. That timestamp is the reference point — not when you receive the first email, not when you submit the intake form, and not when a designer starts work. The trigger is the payment event itself. This is explained in Section 6 of our Terms of Service and Section 2 of the Refund Policy.
If we made a demonstrable error (charged you twice, delivered the wrong pack, files arrived corrupted) or if we failed to deliver your package within a reasonable time, you are entitled to a full or partial refund proportional to the impact. Email us at info@frimon.us with your order number and a clear description of the issue. Full qualifying criteria are in Section 4 of the Refund Policy.
If approved, we process the refund within 14 business days from the date of approval, back to the original payment method (the card or PayPal account used at checkout). We do not issue refunds in cash, store credit, or to a different method. Your bank may take a few additional days to post the credit; that is outside our control.
Yes, you retain that right and nothing in our policy waives it. We do ask that you contact us first at info@frimon.us, since most disputes resolve faster that way. If you file a chargeback for an order in which the service was delivered as described, we will defend it before the processor with the relevant records. Full details in Section 6 of the Refund Policy.
  1. Email us at info@frimon.us within seven (7) calendar days of your purchase.
  2. Use the subject line: "Refund Request — [Order Number]".
  3. Include: your full name, checkout email, order number, date and amount, the package purchased (Launch / Grow / Scale), a clear reason for the request, and any supporting documentation (screenshots, email threads, etc.).
  4. We acknowledge receipt within five (5) business days and reply with a decision after a good-faith review.
